We went to the dealership to look at the Durango. Told them what carvana was going to give us and they matched it. We were in and out in less than 2 hrs. When we got home, we noticed a door ding. We called them up and set up an appointment to get it fixed. Everyone there is so easy to work with, and the dealership is top notch. My wife and I have bought many of vehicles and were never treated as well as Rheeana treated us. We came from Maryland and they take care of all the motor vehicle paperwork for you. If I could give her 10 stars I would Rheeana is awesome. More

This is hands down the worst dealership and service experience I’ve ever had. My 2023 Jeep Wrangler—less than 50k miles and a $65,000 vehicle—sat at Susquehanna Dodge for 63 days. No clear diagnosis experience I’ve ever had. My 2023 Jeep Wrangler—less than 50k miles and a $65,000 vehicle—sat at Susquehanna Dodge for 63 days. No clear diagnosis, just part after part being replaced because they had no idea what was wrong. I was lied to about a loaner being “sold,” forced to pay out of pocket for a rental, and then not fully reimbursed by Jeep Care. FCA’s response? That my mileage “speaks for itself” and shows no impairment—even though my Jeep was unusable for over two months. I was charged $1,300 for brakes and rotors that were almost certainly unnecessary. We asked for the old parts to be saved—shockingly, they were “gone” when we arrived. When I finally picked up the vehicle (after calling to see if it was even done), my son’s car seat and floor mats were tossed in the cargo area, and the Jeep was still covered in snow—despite having a partial soft top. Zero care. Zero accountability The staff may be nice, but the service department and Jeep brand as a whole are a mess. If this review saves even one person from buying a Jeep or servicing it here, it’s worth it. More

Absolutely worst jeep dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was a long time customer for over 10 years. Bought 3 vehicles from them. They sure have changed because the Manager DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was a long time customer for over 10 years. Bought 3 vehicles from them. They sure have changed because the Manager and owner now do not care about the customers at all. Ryan sokoloff (owner) and Aaron Zolko (manager) couldn’t care less about your problems. I came in for a simple tire installation. I have a 2017 hard rock edition rubicon and for those that don’t know that was a special edition that came with special edition wheels. The wheels are black with a MACHINED lip. The tech destroyed the lips of the wheels. ALL 5! My wheels were in perfect condition prior to that. They did take responsibility for the damage. Which was surprising given what I know now. I of course wanted a new set of wheels but understanding how businesses work they were not willing to budge at all giving me that. Instead I was promised they could be repaired to FACTORY conditions and I wouldn’t be able to notice any difference at all. Wasn’t thrilled since I started with perfect wheels and ended up with messed up wheels but agreed to let them fix them since it was pretty much my only option. Fast forward a month later finally able To get them scheduled for repair. Got them back today…..For starters, they only sent out 4 wheels to be repaired. Forgot the spare. Apparently their top technician’s fault. The foreman. So the other 4 wheels….look terrible! Their idea of repairing my MACHINED lips was to PAINT THEM! The wheels now have silver painted lips instead of a nice machined Finish. The paint job looks amateur like someone rattle canned them. This was never agreed upon. I was told they would be repaired to factory condition. Factory to me means the lips would still be machined. According to the owner and manager the repair is “beyond satisfactory”. So now my special edition wheels that were in perfect condition now look like rattle can garbage. They are not willing to replace or repair the correct way. They think the paint looks good. If I would have been told ahead of time they would be painting them I wouldn’t have ever agreed to have them repaired that way. The whole experience was inconvenient and a huge waste of my time. And now I am out of a set of nice perfect wheels. I will never step foot in that place again and I advise you do the same. More

I was pre-charged for a part that I didn’t even need for my truck after paying $195 just for them to diagnose the problem incorrectly! (I ended up fixing the correct issue myself for $60) When I called to get the part refunded they told me that I needed it installed. When told them the time that I was available, they didn’t have anything available for them. Whenever I called they told me that someone would call me back and they never did. I went in today to get the refund for the $165 oxygen sensor, to be told that the sensor is obsolete and can not be refunded…an oxygen sensor, the most commonly replaced sensor is obsolete! The business is based on defrauding their customers. More

Absolutely will be going elsewhere.... Had cash in hand ready to go. disappointment thats for sure. have all the screenshots & recorded calls to back me up also. ironic its now listed on their website still available & $200 lower!!! BUNCH OF LIARS! More
