I contacted Sutherlin Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach because my family was looking to purchase and lease three vehicles, and I was gathering the information needed to move forward. I worked directly wit because my family was looking to purchase and lease three vehicles, and I was gathering the information needed to move forward. I worked directly with J. Franco, Sales Manager. While some pricing information was provided, many of my specific questions and several requested numbers were never answered. Instead, there was repeated pressure to come into the dealership. I used AI to organize my questions so they would be clear, thorough, and easy to answer. Rather than addressing those questions, the conversation shifted to my use of AI. It was also communicated that the dealership was not interested in competing with other dealerships on pricing or terms. Considering my family was prepared to purchase or lease three vehicles, I was surprised by the lack of interest in earning our business. As an informed woman who came prepared with clear questions, I expected transparency, professionalism, and respectful communication. Instead, I encountered unnecessary resistance to answering straightforward questions. I hope management reviews how informed customers are treated and recognizes that providing direct, complete answers is an important part of earning trust and business. More

This cost me $750 in repairs and a rental car. Car Pros refused to reimburse anything. Mistakes happen—but refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable.
