JB always takes care of me. ..he is the reason I continue to bring my van to your service center for all of my repairs and maintenance. I usually always have a good experience, however this time I noticed that my shrader valve cap on my right rear wheel was missing. I had them repair a leak in the tire, and after getting home to wash my vehicle, I noticed the mechanic forgot to replace my tire valve cap. Not a big deal for most, I'm sure, but I had custom metal caps on all four wheels, and now I only have three. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but I am disappointed! I will now go to an auto parts store to buy new caps...they come in package of four. Also...dirty hand prints on my hood and driver door. When I take my Infinity to the dealer for maintenance and repairs...they always wash my vehicle and are very careful about cleanliness. I wish you guys were more like them! Usually you get 5 stars from me...but not this time! More
