Purchased a remanufactured Nissan CVT with only 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty. Wish it was longer but it is what it is I guess. Repair price was fair compared to other Nissan dealers. Very quick turnaround More

Nissan rewards aren't used anymore according to service manager and service adjuster. Ridiculous. After x6 calls I was documented spending $140.59 when I actually spent $5000.00 on a CVT Transmission. What a scam and I spoke to sales manager since general manager was out. I was told he would look ito it and still nothing. I use Universal and Gainesville nissan still and they tell me everyone uses their reward points for service and vehicle purchases. This is fraud by Sutherlin nissan and want it corrected or will get consumer affairs involved and anyone website or leadind to upper nissan management. I will not stop.
