I really wasn’t trying to get the car the same night but like I said they pressure you into it. I told the salesman I went to a different place looking at a car and they did more than a few credit inquires before getting me approved for a car that was out of my budget so I declined it and came to Sutherlin. And even after I told him (Karim) that whole story in detail in find that they did the same thing, yes I kept the car cause it was in my budget but I was not happy when I saw how may banks they ran my already damaged credit with. Plus it was some other stuff with my down payment that seems like everyone involved was on different pages with that was another hassle in itself. Upset customer I went and got an oil change for my wife car. I had a flyer with a coupon for 15 percent off. The oil change was orginal 39.99 . Upon leaving I questi I went and got an oil change for my wife car. I had a flyer with a coupon for 15 percent off. The oil change was orginal 39.99 . Upon leaving I question the service cashier, how my bill get up to 47.99, if 15 percent was applied. She said they charge you 6.00 for the use of mechanical tools. I responded that bull, nevertheless i call to speak with service manager and never received a call back. Also, if charges are supposed to be add, it should be included in the price not additional . In conclusion, I also left with dirty car. More
