Jim is very down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was anxious about going to a dealership because I was worried we'd encounter the stereotypical salesman just looking to make a sale. Thankfully, Jim immediately put us at ease and made us feel at home. We never felt pushed or persuaded into the purchase. We were respected and listened to and walked away with a fabulous car, a great deal, and huge smiles on our faces! A week later, I even sent my sister to Sutherland because she needed to get a Nissan key programed for her older model Maxima. She was not happy with her experience at a different Nissan dealer who sold her the key but then said they didn't have the software to program it. The Sutherland service department not only programmed the key, but washed and vacuumed the car for her!!! Thanks Sutherland and thank you Jim. You've sold both of us on your dealership!!! More

Great Time! I loved everything about this place. As soon as we arrived to pick up my 2015 Nissan Versa we were greeted and able to talk to our sales manager Aaron I loved everything about this place. As soon as we arrived to pick up my 2015 Nissan Versa we were greeted and able to talk to our sales manager Aaron D'Amico (he even came on his day off to meet us which I thought was extremely nice.) Everything was quick and simple and really fun for me as a first time buyer. Aaron helped me set up the Bluetooth in my car and made sure everything was perfect before I left. As a plus, I was lucky enough to come on their customer appreciation day! They had food, raffles, guest speakers and it was just all around a really great experience.
