They respected my time and did not keep the typical (let me go see what I can do speech) I did have to negotiate but it was short lived and painless. They agreed to my price and walked me through the rest of the way. I was done and out in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this dealer. It offered the very best price I could find in Orlando and Tampa. Most important to me was the customer service. You can get the same truck at any dealership but definitely not get treated the same. King of the Rogue I was interested in down sizing my Honda Pilot for a Nissan Rogue. I first went to Universal Nissan where I had bought a new Altima 6 months ago. I approached the salesman and his supervisor who sold me the Altima. That experience was short lived when I was informed that what I wanted was not achievable for the price that I was willing to pay. Not easily discouraged, I went home and surfed the internet. I was directed to Sutherland with a commitment that I could save enough that would make my requirements achievable. I sent an inquiry to Sutherlin and Goering Castro responded immediately. My wife and I visited Sutherlin where we were greeted by Goering. It still appeared that this deal was going to be an uphill struggle. The first hurdle was that Sutherlin did not have a Rogue with all our requirements available. This did not stop Goering. He pursued this until he located A Rogue in Ft Myers that met all our requirements. The next hurdle was that of price with a reasonale value for my trade in. Goering worked with us until we reached a value which he thought he could get approved. He submitted this offer to Jonathan Santos who worked closely with Goering to make the numbers work. Once all parties agreed on the car and corresponding values, we waited for the car to be delivered from Ft Myers. We went back to Sutherlin to pick up our new purchase and we were greeted by Jasmine. Her bubbly personality and professionalism breezed us through the tedious paperwork required for the sale of the car. The three mentioned people made buying this vehicle a very pleasurable experience. I will recommend Sutherlin and in particular Jasmine, Goering and Jonathan to anyone in need of an automobile. More

We were in test drive mode but when we left we had bought a great car for my wife Lisa.We test drove the Camry and Corolla before we came to Sutherlin but after we test drove the Altima and Sentra we knew this was the place to be. Better ride and more features than the competitors cars we drove and a better value as well. My wife choose the Sentra because it had more room than the Corolla we tested and the ride was better. The low miles didn't hurt either. A big thank you to Cassandra and Edgar for helping us to make the decision to go with Nissan. We do not regret it. My wife told him what we were looking for and how much we wanted to pay, and Aaron assured her that we would be leaving the dealership on Saturday in a brand new Pathfinder. Of course, after talking to my wife, I had my doubts about the whole thing, but low and behold, we drove out of the dealership in a brand new 2014 Pathfinder just as Aaron had assured us. Not only did Aaron make us feel very welcomed, he also made the whole experience very fast and easy. I have bought cars in the past and spent hours dealing with salesmen who tried to sale you everything other than what you really wanted.
