Heath was a great sales man. Im very unhappy about the maintenance agreement was not disclosed. I was told about the cost of the warranty which was very expensive $3620. Then I get an extra $880 on top of it so over $4300 added to my loan. I also had to wait for the vehicle to be serviced before I picked it up. Service was closed so No one told me what they fixed or what was wrong with it after I purchased the car. You would think they would let me know what was wrong and why they fixed it. To top it off they serviced the car but forgot to put coolant so I had to go buy coolant and fill it up. I sent Health the Receipt and also asked him about the service with no response. I also called and spoke with someone else over the phone about the maintenance agreement. But then he told me I needed to talk to the person in finance who close my loan. They had no answers except that. I was told to calk back again and talk to service unfortunately they are closed when I get off work. More
