Service area greeters were nice and service agent, Guy, was very friendly. Took my car in for routine maintenance services. Service was completed efficiently. However, I noticed an issue with my car wh was very friendly. Took my car in for routine maintenance services. Service was completed efficiently. However, I noticed an issue with my car while driving, just a few days after having them service the vehicle. The issue was not present prior to me taking my car in for service, so I immediately called them to inform of the concern. While I do appreciate that they got me in quickly to look at the issue and address it, I did not appreciate that they did not truly take accountability for the workmanship which caused the issue in the area which they previously had to access in order to service my vehicle at the initial visit. Instead, they tried to blame it on “possible road debris hitting the car”, which is simply not true. We’re all human and mistakes do happen, so I would feel better equipped to trust them with service on my vehicle if they were more honest and accountable in this particular situation. More
