The issue was never resolved. Tech misdiagnosed the issue. This caused the vehicle to be at shop longer than expected. This is the only dealership that I know of that takes two hours to do an oil change. Why do they give you an appointment and when you drive there you have to wait two hours? I wouldn’t even wait two hours for my doctors appointment and this is just a simple oil change nothing else. I was told when I bought here that I would get oil changes free for the first year. I have had my car for about four months. I’m on my second oil change because I have over 10,000 miles and now they tell me I only get two free ones. Probably won’t buy there again More
