I had routine service done on my 2023 Rogue which included tire rotation. I drove the vehicle home from the dealer that day and parked it for the weekend, not noticing any issues. This morning, when I went to go to work at 5:00 AM, I noticed the vehicle was riding rough and checked the tire pressures. The right front was at 44 lbs and the left front was at 38 lbs! Both rear tires were at 36 lbs. The required tire pressures for the 2023 Rogue are 36 lbs in the front and 33 lbs in the rear and any Nissan dealer should know this. Since it was 5:00 AM, I had to drive to work with improper inflation of my tires which killed my gas mileage and likely caused abnormal tire wear. This happens every time I have my car serviced at Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando. PLEASE! Ask your technicians to pay more attention to tire pressures because this affects safety, fuel economy and tire wear. I will be sure to mention this issue the next time I have either of our two Nissan vehicles serviced. More

I had a very good overall experience purchasing my 2024 Sentra SR with my primary contact, Kenny Wright and salesperson Tobic Edouard. The biggest factor in my purchase was Kenny's customer service and up Sentra SR with my primary contact, Kenny Wright and salesperson Tobic Edouard. The biggest factor in my purchase was Kenny's customer service and up-front pricing. While I did not feel it was the best price possible, it was acceptable and I went with it to avoid traveling to another dealer that was further but which had better negotiated price and package. One thing that stood out the most in an otherwise purely transactional deal is that we asked at every stage and from every contact throughout the sale process: what do you do for a loyal Nissan customer of over 26+ years? My family and I have been purchasing Nissans from many dealers over these years. In each case, there was little or no acknowledgement, which was thoroughly disappointing. Beside our relationship with Kenny, there would be little to nothing to differentiate Sutherlin from other Nissan dealers when we decide to purchase another vehicle in the next year. Except for this and that the overall process could be quicker than the 4-5 hours for a straightforward deal, the staff and experience was good. Thanks. More
