Charged me $190 for finding out why audio wasn't coming from speakers after the battery died out, but after nearly 4 hours waiting in line, said they couldn't find anything wrong and asked for $400 more to from speakers after the battery died out, but after nearly 4 hours waiting in line, said they couldn't find anything wrong and asked for $400 more to call Nissan to help how to figure out. I shouldn't have to pay $600 just for diagnositcs, I take my car to the dealership under the expectation they know how to identify a problem. Asked for the car back, took the $190 loss and will drive without audio until I have time to take to another mechanics. Also I'm willing to bet it's a software issue, but Nissan has no information online on how to reset the infotainment system to software settings, another disappointment in my opinion More
