I wasn’t very happy with my last service I made an appointment to check my battery that was under warranty and when I got there I was told that I wasn’t on the system. I showed the person my confirmat appointment to check my battery that was under warranty and when I got there I was told that I wasn’t on the system. I showed the person my confirmation and he told me to wait. I waited more than 10 minutes when my advisor arrived, it was at 9 am my appointment and have to wait more than 5 hours for them to replace my battery.i have to be calling them to check the status and have to leave voice messages because nobody picked up. After leaving the voice message to get a call back nobody never did. More

We've been customers of this dealership for over 30 years. It has changed owners a few times. I feel you are gauging your customers with your high prices for service. Always had nissan but we feel the years. It has changed owners a few times. I feel you are gauging your customers with your high prices for service. Always had nissan but we feel the next vehicle will not be from your dealership. We love Johnny Barrington and trust him 100 percent, but you are getting way out of hand on your service price. We paid you 200.00 for diagnostic and another 559.53 For the service. TOTAL of 759.54 to fix a window. It would be different if it would of been all windows, but not for one. We've sent people to your business to purchase vehicles. I feel the owner only cares about his pocket and not helping out the people who keep his business going. No customers, no business. Heath also is great and helpful. More
