From the sound of it, you had a dreadful experience. I can assure you that there is absolutely no smoking anywhere inside of our buildings, even during our transition period. Ashtrays are nowhere to be found at our dealership and how you would be able to “trip over one” inside our dealership concerns me. The behavior described would not be tolerated as ANY employee would be instantly terminated for the behaviors you are describing. Regarding pricing on our pre-owned vehicles, I don’t know how you can suggest that our vehicles “were only worth ½ the price” if you look at our online advertising (auto trader, cars.com, craigslist...)you will see every vehicle is priced below suggested retail and we reference our competitors to assure our prices beat the competition. We also include a Carfax with every vehicle. Our vehicles have gone through extensive inspection and carry a warranty (as well as free inspections for life and other amenities). We are NOT A WHOLESALE DEALERSHIP. Our cars are backed with warranty and service contract and are 100% inspected. You will not find a $2000 car that needs $8000 worth of work to be drivable. Our cars need nothing more to be inspected and road ready. Any mechanic is welcome to inspect our vehicles before purchase. Regarding the service and weather… we do offer a covered area for viewing vehicles in "less than stellar" weather conditions if necessary, and we pride ourselves in consistent follow-up. After all, we work in an industry where word of mouth and repeat and referral business is most important the last thing we want is to upset a customer into not coming back. I assure you that the experience you are describing in this review would be abysmal for ANY place of business and no dealership could remain in business with such practices. I invite you to come in and experience how a real automotive dealership treats their customers with respect and integrity.
