He spent time researching with my extended warranty cont with my questions. He answered thoroughly. The quotes for service were fair and accurate. I had a great experience at GMC Buick of Thousand Oaks thanks to Joey in the service department. The whole process was seamless. I brought my car in, explained everything that was wrong, and he wrote it a thanks to Joey in the service department. The whole process was seamless. I recently brought my truck in for service on October 20th for the 30,000-mile maintenance. Firstly, I was not offered a rental car initially and had to wait an extra day before one was provided, causing some inconvenience. Additionally, the warranty service that was supposed to be done was not completed, and I am still experiencing issues with the speakers and the side mirror. Moreover, when the truck was returned, it was not washed or detailed, which is typically expected as part of the service. This added to the overall inconvenience. Additionally, I found the service department's communication to be lacking. I repeatedly sent texts requesting status updates and never received any replies, which was quite frustrating. More
