Regarding service, it is effortless to schedule an appointment, we're greeted instantly and a service ticket is written up in short order. The vehicle is always service right, more quickly than promised, at fair prices, and communications is excellent. We even get text video logs of the technician's summary of vehicle condition. Our service writer has been Arthur Ontman for the past few visits and he's at the pinnacle of what's expected of a service writer. If you have a Buick/GMC and live in LA-Ventura County, there's no reason to consider an independent shop over Swickard and I'll continue to trek dozens of miles to this dealer for future service needs.
