This place has possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've been trying for days to get someone to contact me in regards to an f450 they have on their lot. Started messaging a salesman gave him ever seen. I've been trying for days to get someone to contact me in regards to an f450 they have on their lot. Started messaging a salesman gave him my information to contact me and then he stopped responding. Have not heard a peep from him for almost 4 days now. Sent a message to a manager. Nothing. Tried messaging their customer service. Nothing. It's beyond infuriating when youre trying to buy a 66k vehicle and can't get the basic help you need. This has got to be the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. More
