This is the worse Chevrolet dealership I have ever came across. Ken is the worse person to ever work there. My car has been there since April. ZERO updates. Chris Lopez spent over six weeks searching for the exact truck I wanted - a fully loaded Silverado 1500 RST trim. Not only was he able to answer my never ending technical questions, he oversaw the after mar truck I wanted - a fully loaded Silverado 1500 RST trim. Not only was he able to answer my never ending technical questions, he oversaw the after market work done with a shop affiliated with the dealer - lowering the truck, putting new wheels, tires and a new flow master exhaust sytem to fully customize it to my exact standards. Chris was a great salesman, very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him and Swickard Chevrolet if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. I searched other dealerships and I wasn't impressed until I dealt with Chris - I knew right away he was going to be the guy that I would be dealing with. More
