Fast friendly attentive service. I dropped by Silver Star Chevrolet about 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon to find out if the Service Department could perform an oil change on my vehicle. I dropped by Silver Star Chevrolet about 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon to find out if the Service Department could perform an oil change on my vehicle. I spoke with Clint in Service and he wrote up the service order, and told me that it could be two hours.....but, he said that he'll try to get it in sooner!! Luis - a service tech, returned the car very soon in clean condition, oil life monitor correctly reset, and ready to go. I was "back on the road" in about an hour!!! Thank you Clint and Luis!!! I was very satisfied and very impressed at your management skills to get my vehicle serviced so fast! Thank you!! More

Great customer service Firestone tried twice to fix my car without success. Better than the last Time Bought a Chevy Bolt last January 2018 and it wasn't a good experience with the salesperson. Good thing that the finance manager Frank was nice to us. Bought a Chevy Bolt last January 2018 and it wasn't a good experience with the salesperson. Good thing that the finance manager Frank was nice to us. Went back this month of September and bought another vehicle, Chevy Volt, and our experience is way much better. Frank of course was a great help again. We found the car that we liked from other dealership but Silver Star accommodated us with the same deal and a little bit more. The only thing that was not good was that the car has not been washed and getting it ready while we were waiting to do the paperwork. I guess they are really busy because it's Labor Day weekend. Overall, we are satisfied with the experience this time. My daughter's car lease is up in December and I think we will go back to Silver Star again. More

Good experience After a rather odd phone message which I wondered if it was spam, my app eventually told me there was a recall to be done. Since the car is only two After a rather odd phone message which I wondered if it was spam, my app eventually told me there was a recall to be done. Since the car is only two months old I wouldn’t have had any idea what the service was. Lamar was very friendly and the service seems to be fine. The only other service performed was supposedly topping off the four tires. My app showed that nothing had been done to the tires as they were still low and uneven. So it was taken care of but then at home I discovered they had left one of the valve stem caps off so I had to make another trip back, which again Lamar quickly took care of. I would say on my purchase experience and this service experience there were details not paid enough attention to, so I can’t give five stars. More
