Fast friendly attentive service. I dropped by Silver Star Chevrolet about 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon to find out if the Service Department could perform an oil change on my vehicle. I dropped by Silver Star Chevrolet about 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon to find out if the Service Department could perform an oil change on my vehicle. I spoke with Clint in Service and he wrote up the service order, and told me that it could be two hours.....but, he said that he'll try to get it in sooner!! Luis - a service tech, returned the car very soon in clean condition, oil life monitor correctly reset, and ready to go. I was "back on the road" in about an hour!!! Thank you Clint and Luis!!! Better than the last Time Bought a Chevy Bolt last January 2018 and it wasn't a good experience with the salesperson. Good thing that the finance manager Frank was nice to us. Bought a Chevy Bolt last January 2018 and it wasn't a good experience with the salesperson. Good thing that the finance manager Frank was nice to us. Went back this month of September and bought another vehicle, Chevy Volt, and our experience is way much better. Frank of course was a great help again. We found the car that we liked from other dealership but Silver Star accommodated us with the same deal and a little bit more. The only thing that was not good was that the car has not been washed and getting it ready while we were waiting to do the paperwork. I guess they are really busy because it's Labor Day weekend. Overall, we are satisfied with the experience this time. My daughter's car lease is up in December and I think we will go back to Silver Star again. More
