Horrible. After service they refuse to call me back. Left messages 5/6 times. Changed me for replacing engine and cabin filters on my last oil change. Then After service they refuse to call me back. Left messages 5/6 times. Changed me for replacing engine and cabin filters on my last oil change. Then now telling me I need to change them again after 7500 miles. When I questioned why, they won’t give me answer. My guess is the work was never done in the first place. Left mutitlple messages with many different people. And can’t get a call back to explain.. Only respoonce back was asking for a review. Here it is. Either your diagnostic is xx or your trying to scam customers. More

I really have to THANK EDIN! !!!! For being so patient with me and taking the time to explain everything to me. I didn’t know what to do once I found out my car needed a new engin !!!!
