His service did not stop after the sale—he followed through on every detail, made sure my Blizzak tires were taken care of, and even brought my mulch back to Anchorage the next day. That level of effort and follow-through really stood out. Alex made the finance process equally smooth. He clearly explained the numbers, warranty options, and contract terms without making me feel rushed or pressured.
