Code S404 is a common error in 2025 Accord's and indicates that the vehicle's infotainment system is unable to process an Over-The-Air (OTA) Software Update. I wanted Swickard to fix this and they did not offer to fix it or do anything about it. More

Little disappointed in the technician's response to the 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid System Update message that it was unavailable and to see a Honda Dealer. The Swickard technician said that the System Updat 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid System Update message that it was unavailable and to see a Honda Dealer. The Swickard technician said that the System Update was "just a Honda thing" and that it was nothing to worry about. Well since the car is basically a computer on wheels I want to know if the System is up to date or not. I did not get any assurance from the Swickard technician that the System was up to date. When I got home I checked again and got the same System Update unavailable and to contact a Honda dealer. I still don't know if the System is up to date or not. More
