Came in for oil change first think in AM. Check in with Bob was smooth, he was efficient and friendly. Waited in lounge area about 75 minutes which seems a bit long for an oil change. On checkout, the young lady told me that in addition to the oil change, my tires had been rotated, which is pretty standard in my experience with this dealership. When I got home, I noticed my invoice did not mention the tire rotation being performed. Emailed Bob and asked for clarification but 24+ hours later, no response has been received. Not a major issue but I would like to know either way. More
