It was great! The $15.73 paperwork charge was bizarre however. That was ridiculous. I’ve never heard of such a thing. For that charge there should have been ‘free’ snacks during my 3 hour wait to get my however. That was ridiculous. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I bought my car 🚗 2016 Prius here and use it for all service. I used it for my previous 2006 Prius service as well (purchased elsewhere). I even buy my tires here. I’ve always been so pleased!! Today my Rep was wonderful, but I was disappointed that I had two jobs that overlapped. Mount winter tires I bought here last year and routine oil change service. Since the latter included tire rotation, it would have been good to give me a discount since I didn’t need that service as part of my oil change. It isn’t that I asked you not to rotate the tires, you dismounted my summer tires, and remounted them as part of the tire change out I paid for. Magic Toyota would have done this customer service adjustment for me, even if the charge code didn’t lend itself to do do. Again, Patrick was great. More
