Service department is very slow I got there for a 1:40 appointment 10 minutes early the guy who checked me and said my service would be done at 3 at 415 I finally went up there to check on my vehicle it w appointment 10 minutes early the guy who checked me and said my service would be done at 3 at 415 I finally went up there to check on my vehicle it was just sitting out there nobody had let me know it was ready .Who knows how long it sat out there. I will be going back to Rodland Toyota for my service needs. Why get a appointment looks to me first come first go. And this is everytime I've came there. More

Trying to be understanding since the whole world is short staffed but at least give customers a heads up before their appts to let them know they’ll be sitting around for 2 hours with no option of a loaner. staffed but at least give customers a heads up before their appts to let them know they’ll be sitting around for 2 hours with no option of a loaner. A shuttle wasn’t mentioned at all as I had to ask if a loaner car would be an option. You guys also need a better check in system for service. My second time here and the system just doesn’t make sense. More
