Disappointed with service check-in process and wait. Waited for 20 minutes while other customers that came in after me were checked in before me. Their excuse was that they only had one person helping Waited for 20 minutes while other customers that came in after me were checked in before me. Their excuse was that they only had one person helping. After I got out of my car and let them know I was waiting before the other cars they were checking in they just said they had to check in those cars first. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I spent time looking at the cars on the lot. Even though there were several sales people in the building, no one came out to see if I needed assistance. Even though my wife wants to stay with Toyota for our next purchase which will be an electric vehicle, if we want a dealership who provides good service I think we will be looking at other dealerships and car makers since service is important to both of us. They’re professionals. Came like 10 minutes before appointment and the person (too bad I can’t remember his name) asked me if I will be coming back when they are done but I Came like 10 minutes before appointment and the person (too bad I can’t remember his name) asked me if I will be coming back when they are done but I opted to wait. He said that it will probably take them over an hour and directed me to their nice and clean waiting area (and with wifi too). It only took them about 45 minutes and they gave me a detailed list of what they were able to do. They’re awesome. More
