I do appreciate the fact that the customer advocate was very kind and apologetic. Sadly though, my dealership experience was comprised of lies, empty promises and disappointment. Additionally the amount th very kind and apologetic. Sadly though, my dealership experience was comprised of lies, empty promises and disappointment. Additionally the amount they mark up their cars compared to other dealerships is outrageous. They also add xx accessories that most people would not ever want just to inflate their bottom line shame on them. Will never go back. When they used to be magic Toyota, under different ownership, things weren’t like this. Corporate Swickard Toyota is much too big for their britches. They do not care about customers. More

Expect to pay the highest possible price for your vehicle at Swickard. Once the papers were signed my saleswoman Theresa stopped responding to emails. Dealership markes everything up higher than anyone else at Swickard. Once the papers were signed my saleswoman Theresa stopped responding to emails. Dealership markes everything up higher than anyone else. xx accessories are installed to the tune of an extra 5k in revenue. Michael is sales is a liar. Don't expect to get a full tank of gas with a new vehicle. When brought to their attention they refuse to send out a fuel gift card even if you are far away from the dealership. More
