Marlon is very helpful gave great customer service from beginning to end, answered all my questions in a very clear and easy to understand matter. ( I don’t know much about cars) Even got me a ride back ho beginning to end, answered all my questions in a very clear and easy to understand matter. In had a scheduled service appointment, which I thought meant that they would work on my car around the time that was scheduled and it was just for a tire rotation, fluid level and brake check basically, s meant that they would work on my car around the time that was scheduled and it was just for a tire rotation, fluid level and brake check basically, so I assumed about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. My 12 year old was home sick with a fever and it took 3 weeks to get in for the service so I didn't want to cancel and thought being gone about 2 hours would be fine. When they checked me in they told me it may be 3 hours so I was confused as to why I had an appointment time if they weren't going to start working on my car... not cool for the feverish kid at home. Anyway, I asked to talk to the manager. I asked if I could come back closer to the time that they would take my car back and he said no. Basically, to be in the que (behind 12 other cars) my car had to stay there. Matt, the service manager, gave my three options, one being he would expedite my car so that I could get back to my sick child at home. I don't like to be a pain but I wanted to get home to my kid so I accepted his offer. I was out of there in less than an hour. Thank you Matt! More
