I've shopped around a few different dealerships like most people do. The Swickard Toyota is by far absolutely the best anywhere. I am now making it a point to go here over any other Toyota locations and will people do. The Swickard Toyota is by far absolutely the best anywhere. Being a participating member of BOTH Toyota Smarthpath AND Costco Auto Program means you'd have the most transparent, honest, and easiest experience possible for a dealership. All staff have been extraordinary and to be completely honest, just felt authentic like talking to your best friend and NOT a sales person. Let's be REAL. Literally NOBODY likes dealing with sale sharks. There's entire companies that knows this building their operating model on (CarVana, Vroom, CarGurus, etc). Nobody loves being hounded to negotiate and haggle and there are customers out there who understandably begrudge setting foot in dealerships. Their "welcome" only extends to whether or not they think they will get business from you. Another local dealership I went to tried literally every sales trick in the salesman book to upsell and add absurd disingenuous "fees". Swickard Toyota did NOT feel like this at all. There was absolutely no sale pressure. Limited upselling. Very informational. Honestly felt like they were just there to make sure you're making an informed decision and answer questions - and not trying to pressure you to an impulse purchase. It's like just chatting with a buddy - one whose got your back. Thanks to Andrew @ Toyota, and everyone else I've spoken with over there for a pretty easy, streamlined, and great experience. More
