I had a rough experience to begin with - I called and made an appt and indicated the car I was interested in. When I arrived the person assigned to me knew nothing about the vehicle and even tried to sho made an appt and indicated the car I was interested in. When I arrived the person assigned to me knew nothing about the vehicle and even tried to show me a Honda thinking that was the car I was interested in. I was eventually re-assigned to Jeff Asmundsen and then my experience improved substantially. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and hybrid technology. He brought the car for us to look at even though it was still in the shop undergoing inspection. He is clearly passionate about Toyota and was able to answer any questions we had. He was great to work with and helped us get to a price we were comfortable with. He seemed very experienced and made the financing portion of our transaction a breeze with helpful suggestions. Would definitely recommend requesting Jeff if you are coming to this dealership. Overall the experience was pretty slow, but working with Jeff was a pleasure. More
