Shane explained all of my financing options in a way that made sense and helped find a loan that was affordable and had a great interest rate. Most meaningful, however, are the phenomenal personal touches. While I was signing finance papers, Tim programmed my favorite radio stations into my new car. In the first few days of owning my vehicle, employees have checked in to make sure I am still satisfied with my purchase which I can happily say that I am! It's an hour drive from where I live to Mount Horeb and I would happily drive that and further to be treated as kindly as I was at Symdon! More

Wonderful Experience I had emailed Michael Theime to inquire about a vehicle that I had found on their website. It was about 2 pm when we arrived at the dealership to test I had emailed Michael Theime to inquire about a vehicle that I had found on their website. It was about 2 pm when we arrived at the dealership to test drive it without an appointment so, we weren't sure if Michael would be available to assist us. He was working with another client but, he got us comfortable and we inspected the vehicle and test drove it. We had traveled quite a way to see the vehicle so we did not want to make the trip back to pick up the vehicle so the team got everything ready very fast to accommodate us.
