I came to Symdon's with an issue caused by two GM over the air updates. They researched it and took care of it. They also provided me with an explanation as to what the updates were meant to do. Bought a set of new tires and was told that if I paid to have a front end alignment I would get free tire rotation for the life of the tire. Didn't happen I paid for every rotation for 5 years.
