Absolutely AMAZING service!!! We shopped around for roughly 6 months. Stopping and dealing with multiple dealerships before coming to Symdon in Mt Horeb. After our first visit, we knew, this is where we'd be buying our car. Our saleman was Tim Waterbury and we were amazed by his service. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted, the way I wanted, and did it with a smile on his face. Juli We have given it a 5 Star review do to the excellent and professional service given by the Sales Rep/Julianna Mahieu and the Manager/Dan Andrews. Julianna was so much fun to work with and she really explained the features of the vehicle as most of the features were new to us. She is a very friendly person and didn't even mind when changed from getting a grey vehicle to red. Dan made it a very easy experience as this was the first time we leased at vehicle. I would recommend then both to friends and family when someone needs a new or even used vehicle. More
