I felt the staff very nice but short handed. I was never shown the features of vehicle and learning as I go now. Frustrating.. The vehicle was not detailed as well as someone would expect spendi I was never shown the features of vehicle and learning as I go now. Frustrating.. Waiting an hour after finalizing the deal for financing was also frustrating(even though already pre-approved).The process took 3.5 hours which made it too long and I just wanted to get going. More
