The customer service was great, regular maintenance was good, and a loaner car was provided. The rattling noise still exists, so it will be going back. I answered this right after my service I was extremely disappointed with the service writer, she was again extremely rude, Jack and Cindy are the only ones that constantly do a good job! The parts departm disappointed with the service writer, she was again extremely rude, Jack and Cindy are the only ones that constantly do a good job! The parts department is also very good. I've had my truck in twice for brakes and they still make a squealing, very annoying noise! I'm sick of the excuses of it takes time for the noise to go away! More
