No hassle, easy buying experience I found a couple cars on their website that I wanted to test drive, and came in on a Saturday to drive both. Settled on liking one car over the other and were given some numbers, but wanted to think on it a little bit. Aaron called later in the week to follow up but wasn't pushy at all. When I mentioned I was going to try to private-sell my current car to get more money than their original trade-in estimate, they immediately upped it to the private sale price I was seeking. Made it a no brainer to go ahead with the trade-in. Aaron and Shane were very easy to work with, and within an hour of coming in to sign the papers the car was mine.
