Very friendly staff I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle of a car I was planning to purchase elsewhere. I went to the dealership with no notice I was coming and told them what car I was looking at. They handed me the keys and said take it for a drive. When I returned from the test drive and told them I was stilling thinking about it, they said that's fine and told me to let them know if I needed anything from them. No high pressure sales what so ever. A very pleasant experience. When my wife and I went back,we told them we were deciding between two different vehicles, it was the same experience. In the end, we purchased the vehicle from them because they were able to match a lower price we found elsewhere and we loved the experience. More

Dead battery on 2018 Yukon--fixed with great service Had an issue with the battery on our 2018 vehicle not holding a charge. Spoke to several staff at Symdon as we tried to troubleshoot the problem, They Had an issue with the battery on our 2018 vehicle not holding a charge. Spoke to several staff at Symdon as we tried to troubleshoot the problem, They were kind enough to offer an appointment first thing Monday morning to test the battery and replaced the battery and resolved the problem. They offered me a loaner vehicle without prompting and allowed me to drop our vehicle off and take the loaner to work for the morning. Our vehicle was repaired within a few hours and they called to let me know it was ready. Outstanding and helpful service. More
