Good but disappointing Aaron the salesman was very nice to work with. Shane in financing was also very nice to work with. However, the detailing was a little shoddy. We said it was dirty before buying it and was told it would be detailed. When we got home we noticed the cup holders in the backseat weren't wiped down or cleaned out. When we moved the back seat forward there's a little section there that was not cleaned or vacuumed. It was sandy, dirty, money was in there etc. The windows kind of looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. More

Oil Change with Key fob program We have gone to Symdon for YEARS, Recently, every time we go out there it is something else they want to fix or test. Had they told us the price I would have done it on our own which we have in the past. However, they just said they would do it and that was that. $20 to program a fob, that's a ridiculous amount of money. More

Best all around experience I have been coming to Symdons in Mt Horeb for years mainly because of the service department. Great price for a great vehicle We wanted a newer certified Acadia and found a great price with Symdon! We emailed them Friday night to confirm availability and were there Saturday We wanted a newer certified Acadia and found a great price with Symdon!
