Better Truck Buying Experience ! We decided to purchase a new truck. However, we were unsure on what type of truck we wanted. So since we had previously purchased a car from Dan Kittl We decided to purchase a new truck. However, we were unsure on what type of truck we wanted. After just a few minutes with Dan we were able to pinpoint our exact wants and needs and most importantly our budget. With Dans expertise and guidance we ordered a new Ford F-150 and couldn't be happier. It was everything my husband wanted and then some! My husband said it was so nice it couldn't be considered a truck! He even went as far as to say- he may have to buy a F250 for a "truck" since this rides smooth like a car. The Service man, Bill Groff and Bob Kise are both very efficient and courteous and helpful. When I leave the dealership I feel very confident that my 2014 Fusion has been properly taken care of. Even though I live about 80 miles from the dealership, I will always come back for any service that I need. The first car I bought from the dealership was a 2011 Fusion. More

He was able to make an impossible situation possible. Adam and management worked very diligently with Ford Credit to get the deal done on MY terms. I've never experienced this kind of service at any dealership. Even though I now have a new Fusion sitting in the garage it still feels too good to be true. They have totally changed my perspective on car dealerships. They understand the best way to succeed is with honesty, respect and having your customer be your first priority. This was an easy and stress free leasing experience- Adam took the brunt of the stress head on and did not pass it on to me at all.
