Thanks for your reply. I have already completed the repairs over at Lasco. I would have taken up your offer had the service advisor offered it to me at the time I visited your service lane. He just didn't seem motivated or concerned enough to find an alternative solution. Unfortunately I don't remember his name to aid in your coaching of your staff. Best, -- Gordon

As a dealership, we work very hard to take care of all of our customers, and I take it personally when me make mistakes.
