Nobody said they would pick me up or come get my car. I stayed there and it ran an hour for an oil change. I guess that is normal. Glad I had enough point for a free oil change though. This is the 4th car I’ve bought from Tom Ryan and he does an excellent job but I do agree with some of the reviews. If you are not happy you need to get in the upper management “face”…actually I sent emails and then the other department stated to respond. I think they need to clean house in the back room support groups. They can make or break a dealership IMO. I will probably just follow Tom wherever he goes.
