Szott Ford

This is my fourth car that I have purchased/leased from Szott. Anthony Ketchum is great! He has assisted me with all of my cars. This last lease Anthony was unbelievable! He helped me get into the escape at a price I could afford. He even had someone drop off the escape that I was interested in at my home so I could test drive it. When I came in to sign the paperwork Dan Kittle assisted me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to as we were waiting for the car to get ready. The service department is also very helpful. Everyone that I have encountered at Szott Ford is very friendly. Everyone is willing to help in any way they can. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs! I always recommend Szott if someone asks where to go to get a new Ford! Keep up the great work! More

Christine Harris is a wonderful example of how vehicle sales should be handled. Very knowledgable of the Ford line up. I feel she went above and beyond to make us happy. Dealing with Anthony was by far our best experience at any dealership. I came from dealing with 2 Chevy and another ford dealer. Anthony's customer service made me a customer for life.
