Everyone was very friendly, service was extremely fast. I recently decided that I was going to purchase another truck for myself. I knew exactly who I'd be contacting. I got in touch with Scott and filled him in on what I was looking for. Although he did not have exactly what I wanted on the lot he assured me that he would start looking for me and contact with details when one arrived. Scott contacted me a couple of time in the following month to let me know that he was still on the hunt. Last week he emailed me a couple links for truck that had just came in. I'm happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Ford Certified F-150 SuperCrew!!!! This is probably the 5th car that I have bought / leased from Szott Ford. They are the most professional and helpful dealer ever!!! I received a call from their General Sales ManagerSteve Gabbara last Fri from Szott Ford. They are the most professional and helpful dealer ever!!! I received a call from their General Sales ManagerSteve Gabbara last Friday to personally let me know that I could trade in my lease car 5 months early and get a new car without raising my payments. I was so excited, I came in and met with the Sales Manager, Chris Boan. Chris had worked some figures in advance and gave me several models to choose from. The lovely saleswoman, Renee took me for a test drive and helped me pick out just the right car! I was only too happy to find out that my new car actually cost $5.00 LESS per month than my old car. You can only imagine how happy that made me! The paperwork and financial arangements were handled by a very pleasant young man, Anthony Ketchum. He made the experience very efficient and we were explained every detail thoroughly. It is such a pleasant surprise that even out here in the country, they have managed to employ such sophisticated and professional employees.
