I waslooking for a new car to lease and saw Szott in the Sunday paper. I stopped in on a Tuesday evening, picked out my car but as the hour was late they couldn't have all the paperwork ready. This is the second car that we have gotten from Szott. Worked with Anthony previously in getting our Fusion. He was straight forward and great. Especially since we had 2 kids running around! I recently went to Szott Ford on a recommendation from a friend. I can sincerely tell you I was not disappointed in the purchase of my 2010 Ford Fusion. When I told them I was already pre-approved on a loan, Anthony Ketchum was able to beat my bank loan by almost 2 percentage points. He saved me hundreds of dollars- Thanks Anthony!! He was also able to work out a decent price on 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. In the end, I have to say their customer service is outstanding, everyone was courteous and friendly, and my overall experience was 5 stars.
