I've been "internet" shopping for my new car. I was actually rather surprised to get the same type of treatment via email from some places. Not here! Josh was FABULOUS. Really and truly. He never once insisted that I need to come in to get questions answered. He thoroughly answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. Some other Ford dealer in the area didn't answer simple questions, just wanted me to schedule a test drive and would talk then. No thanks. Josh has won me as a customer. I already know the service department is great since I've taken my current truck in there for service and they've been efficient and reasonable. Win - win!
