This is my first Ford vehicle in about 20 years and I'm so glad I've made the switch. The Ford products I considered, the Edge and the Taurus were both beautiful, had great features, were solid to drive, so glad I've made the switch. I can't say enough about Josh as a sales person that goes the extra mile to get or do anything he can to earn your trust. Josh is very experienced with all the models he sells and will help you with anything you don't understand. Not to mention if there are any questions even if its with service or getting prices on parts he's helped me greatly. He will go and ask the right person to get the answers and call you back so its not just a sale he goes far behond Sales. I send all the people I know to him, I give him a call and tell him who to expect and what the person is looking for... Josh then knows what direction to approach the people I recommend, inturn he can better serve the needs of the customer. I go to Josh because he doesn't try and sell me any thing I don't want I just say no and he moves to earn my business. I respect Josh and he is the only one I purchase Fords from with out feeling like I have to argue and fight about something I don't what or need.. example I would love to own a Shelby but, what I need and what I want are two different things he knows I love the Shelby but I will probably never own one given I love Camping and most of my vehicles are Ford Heavy F series.
