I did a internet search across the Mid-west and of the 300+ 4Runners only a handful matched what I wanted. Ray spent several day's trying to locate the right vehicle, At one point he had called to find out what my 2nd and 3rd choice would be, if he was unable to.find the one I wanted. Reluctantly, I gave him my 2nd and 3rd choices, However, instead of taking the easy way out, Ray, spent a few more day's looking. Finally, Ray was able to Locate The Exact 4Runner I had wanted. Kay most and tim maxwell stayed late (an hour and a half) to get the paperwork signed and made financing easy. A great price btw. I couldnt of expected more. Ray was very knowledgeable about the cars (which I can say other dealers I contacted were not). He was very helpful in figuring out which model I wanted and didn't push me to go for a more expensive model with more bells and whistles. He worked hard to give me a really good price and make my car buying experience a fun one. When I went to pick up my car he spent a long time going over all the features with me and made sure I understood everything. He didn't rush me even though it was nearing closing time. And he told me to call if I had any more questions. Him and the financial manager we worked with were both really nice. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
