I have bought numerous cars ranging from GMC Pacers to Audi R8, and it has always been a painful and dreaded experience. We needed to replace our Honda Odyssey and we elected to try Toyota. We initially went to our local dealer this was as expected, the usual hustle and sleazy experience, and lack of honest pricing. I therefore contacted Costco that sent us to Szott. We were immediately contacted and eventually Eugene Ilin met us and facilitated the purchase. In under 20 mins he reviewed and completed the transaction. He was smiling, warm, and honest-he offered his hand as in the tradition of completing a deal based on honesty and trust. He is a credit to the industry. I am sure this is not the his first review, and will not be his last. As to the sales manager did not have to involve him, Eugene completed the deal, no hassles and no disappointment. An better yet they bought out my remaining lease on the Honda, which we did not anticipate. Again all this in under 1 hour. Thank-you for changing my image of car buying. More

We were interested in a Prius and found out that Costco had an auto program and Szott Toyota was the local dealer that worked with Costco with this service. Mariya Ginzburg called me back promptly when not had an auto program and Szott Toyota was the local dealer that worked with Costco with this service. Mariya Ginzburg called me back promptly when notified by Costco. We made an appointment with Mariya and met her at the dealership. She was very informative and spent a lot of time with us finding the vehicle that fit our needs. She was outstanding with her customer service and explained the vehicle and its controls worked. The Prius is a little different animal than the standard vehicle. Mariya was with us every step of the way. When we were ready, Mariya introduced us to Toni Novick, the business manager. Toni did a great job in guiding us through the financing process and both Toni and Mariya stayed late to complete our purchase. We came back to the dealership the next evening to pick up the vehicle and Mariya spent a lot of time explaining all of the options in the vehicle and helped us set up the electronics. Thank you Mariya for the time you spent with us. You were exceptional. Thank you Toni for streamlining the financing process. As with many people, I started my shopping online. I picked out a specific model I wanted to look at, and called a few of the nearby dealers to see if they had one available to drive. Szott happened to have one in stock, and I went in for a quick test drive not long after calling. The test drive was very easy, very painless. Tony took me out to the car, showed me a couple things, and off I went. Afterwards, there was no real pressure to act right away on it or anything. I went back on Monday to look at the car again, though I had my mind pretty much set by that point. We looked at the car again and took it for a shorter drive once more before making a final decision. Again, there was no real pressure to purchase right away. I fact, I kinda had to imply that I was really ready to go for it right then and there before we actually got the paperwork started. Financing with Toni was pretty easy as well. She's extremely nice and very easy to work with. We even managed to work through a few complications with my out of state license and everything. As expected this process did get a little lengthy, and a slight oversight on my part during the early paperwork added some delay in as well. But I wouldn't say it was too bad. Not enough to detract from the over service I received. The last part of it all was above-and-beyond what I expected from any dealer. I'm living up here by myself, and didn't have family or know anybody nearby well enough to have them drop me off at the dealer to pick up the car. Tony volunteered to pick me up at my apartment and bring me back to the dealer to pick up the car the next day after I got off from work. Maybe this is something not uncommon and I've just never seen somebody buying a car in a similar situation to mine. But I was definitely impressed and didn't expect that to be an option. More
