(seems you have a few dog-lovers working for you). i called BRIAN to ask the cost to add a roof rack to my FJ and he "just so happened" to have a used one, at a reduced price, that another customer had to remove due to his low garage roof. BRIAN was a pleasure to deal with and we had lots of laughs. when my radio was malfunctioning and needed replacing, i received a phone call a couple of weeks later from ANTOINE indicating that the manufacturer had found a cd that i had left in the player by accident and wanted to let me know that it was safe and i could come by anytime to pick it up. wow, how nice that he took the time to make that phone call to me. - very impressive. MARK, ANTOINE and BRIAN are most definitely a huge asset to your company and their people skills and ability to make a customer feel important is second to none. they exude a positive energy, incorporating professionalism with a fun twist and have a way of making a visit to the dealership a great experience. thank you, MARK, ANTOINE and BRIAN - you guys are the best - keep up the good work and i will keep spreading the word on the excellent customer service i continually receive from you. i hope that mr. szott actually reads these comments (this took me a long time to write) and shares this information. employees that go above and beyond should be recognized. sincerely, kim gajor (248) 706-6666 More

We visited Szott M-59 Toyoya on a Friday afternoon and were greeted by the friendly duo of Jennifer Kolp and Alvaro Acevedo. Once they discovered that we were looking for a 2012 Camry Hybrid with certain were greeted by the friendly duo of Jennifer Kolp and Alvaro Acevedo. Once they discovered that we were looking for a 2012 Camry Hybrid with certain equipment they showed us a vehicle just like the one which we were looking to purchase. There was only one thing wrong, the vehicle was just sold to another customer. No problem, they said. we"ll order exactly what you need". So in less than 3 weeks we received another call on a friday afternoon telling us our vehicle has just been delivered. By 3pm we were at Szott M-50 Totota and Jennifer gave us a grand primer on our Camry XLE Hybrid while Al worked up all the paperwork. We traded in our 2004 Sienna Minivan and drove out with our first brand spanking new Toyota Camry Hybrid in less than 3 hours. Jennifer and crew even set up our I-Phones so we could brag about the whole experience on the way home. I think we'll be buying another vehicle from these folks just as soon as our other Toyota Sienna wears out. This was overall, a great experience. Recommended. More

We went to look for a new Toyota and met Alvaro Acevedo who greeted us upon our arrival. Al knew what we were looking for from a phone call we made 2 hours prior to our visit. Al took us to look at a Toyota Hybrid which was like the one were were interested in purchasing. Al was really geeked about the product and gave us a detailed tour of the Camry XLE Hybrid. We ordered one and then waited 2 weeks before we got the call that the vehicle had arrived. On a Friday afternoon at 2pm, we raced to the Szott M-59 Toyota Dealership and Al introduced us to Jennifer Kolp,one of his New Car Sales Consultants. While Al took care of the paperwork, Jennifer gave us a primer on the features of our brand new Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid.Jennifer even went so far as to help us with setting up our I-phones. By 6 PM we had traded in our "old" Toyota and headed home smiling at the whole process while driving our new car. People can make a difference and both Al and Jennifer made a positive difference to us. We already know where we'll buy our next Toyota. More

I dreaded the thought of going through the new car purchasing process. I didn't think I was going to be offered a reasonable trade-in price for my previous car.
